Using a Swiss ball, start by pressing the hands against the sides of the ball. Perform pushups with the hands stably nestled unto the ball. Remember to keep the hips straight up and to prevent the knees from sagging.
Perform squats with a weight bar on the top of the shoulder. With feet apart, slowly lower the upper torso to sit on the heels. The heels should be planted firmly on the ground. In moving the upper torso up and down, keep it in a straight parallel line.
