2) Make sure you charge enough coin for your efforts. So many people go out, get the customers, and do the hard jobs but they sell them selves short by not charging enough. Remember, you are doing jobs that no one else wants to do! Get paid!
3) You must get out and beat the streets. I know you are gonna say you don’t like to sell, but sorry, that is how you get customers and cash!
