The top online businesses are ones that offer a solution for the customer that is easier found on the web than in their own local area.  It doesnâ??t really matter whether the customers come because of pay per click in which people see an ad and click on it, Or they found the site because of the search engines.  If the business owner wants to be successful he or she must be able to solve a problem for the customers.  If not, there is no reason for the customer to pay any money for anything.
The top online business is one that offers something to the public that they canâ??t easily get anywhere else and that convinces them it is in their best interest to buy the product now.  Urgency is very important when you are working in an online environment because it is so easy for the customer to go to some other site after leaving yours.  You must capture the attention of the potential customer and you need to keep their interest while you go through the sales process.  It is really easy to get customers with this method but it is also easy to lose them because all they have to do is hit the back button and they are on their way to another site.
