How Exercise Can Get Rid of Leg Cellulite

There are a lot of women who try to use exercise as a way to
get rid of cellulite. Yet the majority of these women seemingly canâ??t get
results from it. The reality is that not all women will see a reduction in
leg cellulite when they exercise. Every womanâ??s body is different and how
they react to exercise will vary from female to female.

One way to ensure that you have a higher chance of seeing
results is to have a large muscle building component in your exercise program.
Iâ??m not talking about body building massive, manly muscles. Instead, you
should focus on building lean muscle mass to tighten and tone the problem
areas. Muscle will give your body a much more feminine shape and help to stretch
the skin in order to lose the dimples. It will also keep your legs and thighs
firm which will stop the cellulite fat from lumping together.

Exercises that you should use to increase lean muscle mass
are deadlifts, squats, lunges and leg curls. If you donâ??t want to use
weights, you can always undergo a Pilates program that focuses on the legs and
lower body. That way youâ??ll be using your own body weight to target the
areas and wonâ??t need to go to the gym or buy expensive weight equipment.
