One thing I cannot tolerate is poor customer service. Whether its standing in line forever in a retail store, or dealing with a representative over the phone who doesn’t even understand me, nothing makes me remove my money from a company quicker than a poor service experience.
So when I had to make four phone calls to my local cable TV company last month to get a problem resolved, I started researching what satellite TV had to offer. I quickly found out that dish TV ratings are superior to their cable counterparts. Direct TV has had the highest customer satisfaction rating for 8 years straight, and Dish Network has been second or third during those years. After doing a bit of research on their prices, I decided it was time to get rid of cable television and have a satellite dish installed. No problems to report with customer service or with the picture quality so far!
